Fresh Fig Jam
Fresh fig jam is something I can't seem to get enough of! My version is a bit chunkier and has a fresher taste than ones I've tried. This jam is simply a must on top of soft ripened cheeses like Brie, D'Affinois or my personal northern Italian fave, La Tur and it's just as divine alongside harder cheeses; a classic sheep's milk Manchego or even a Cheddar. But have you ever tried it as a base spread for pizza or in a grilled cheese sandwich? Positively top notch!
